Every year city departments are required to present a performance report to the Mayor, City Council and citizen stakeholders (Service Level Report). Under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, the departments discuss their mission, financial inputs, workload outputs, measures of efficiency & effectiveness (including comparisons to other cities & industry norms), results and their issues and concerns for the future. |

The City of Pocatello requires business owners of certain types of activities to apply for a certified license. Applications for several of those business actitivities are available for download below. Applications are also available below for many activities that involve Pocatello Police oversight.
PLEASE NOTE: Applications must be submitted in person at the Pocatello Police Department (PPD) at 911 N. 7th Avenue Pocatello, Idaho 83201 or faxed to PPD when indicated by the application. For questions please call 208-234-6100.
